JeffInHighDef was commissioned to partner with the agency, to craft a meaningful story of personal and professional development.
Of resilience and giving back from the eyes of an everyday bystander. Someone who became an everyday hero.

This year long project was based primarily on symbolic and non verbal scenes. Moments of decision and action that would change the course of life.
Production included multiple locations, from rural farms to re-creating accident scenes in the bitter cold of Winter.
With the enduring theme, that anyone seeking purpose would find their answer in the ranks of service.
Creatively, the concept was to catch a 'day in the life' feel that captured the vivid transformation of 'Ebbie'.
With the help of multiple Fire Departments, personnel and agencies the project came together in stellar fashion.
Realized Value
The impact of this ad has been nothing short of monumental
Released in May 2025, it aired over 3 months across 30+ streaming and digital destinations.
The response was immediately overwhelming, with significantly more applications than any prior effort.
Performing so well in fact, that it had 453,892 ad impressions. And an unbelievable video full length watch rate of 98.54%.
This meant that viewers paused the distractions of life - and it changed them in an instant.
Watching the entire ad, a full minute and a half, in a moment.
Something media distribution took note of, saying 'This just doesn't happen with TV.'
LCFR went on to say "The campaign has been very well received, and generated a ton of interest.
One of our fire companies has stopped accepting new members until they get the current new folks trained.
We have received a ton of positive feedback.
